As we continue to grow, we are looking for dependable and motivated Civil Workers to join our team. About the Role In this role, you will be involved in various infrastructure projects, contributing to tasks that are essential for the successful completion of our work. We are particularly interested in candidates who have machine operating experience, drainage expertise, or hold a Class 2 license or WTR. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include performing manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, leveling, and site cleanup. You will assist in the construction of roads, footpaths, drainage systems, and other civil works. Additionally, you will operate machinery as required and work collaboratively with team members and site supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly. What We’re Looking For We seek individuals with previous experience in the civil field and drainage. A WTR or Class 2 license is preferred. Candidates should possess good physical fitness and a willingness to work in outdoor environments. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential traits we value in our team members.
