About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our inclusive team of BAS accountants. In this role, you will leverage your compliance and accounting knowledge while utilizing your initiative and client relationship skills to create a diverse and engaging work experience. Your responsibilities will involve completing financial statements, tax compliance, and offering business advisory services. We value quality and accuracy, so a strong appreciation for time management is crucial in our fast-paced environment. Requirements To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: - Current or recent experience in a Chartered Accounting firm, specifically in completing financial statements, tax compliance, and business advisory tasks is essential. - A solid understanding of the New Zealand tax environment, including income tax and GST/FBT. - A friendly, positive, and client-focused personality that aligns with our team values. - Strong Excel skills and a talent for working with data and analysis. - A desire to contribute positively to our already great team environment.
