About the Role
We are seeking travel enthusiasts who are passionate about guest service for our depot located at 8/4 Lake Bryndwr Lane, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand. In the role of Casual Employee in Support & Cleaning, you will report directly to the Branch Operations Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained in excellent condition.
What Will You Work On?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in accordance with company standards and client requests.
- Preparing and equipping vans prior to each booking.
- Conducting inspections and maintaining accurate records of each vehicle's condition.
- Moving and parking vans, and providing airport pick-ups for clients.
- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot.
- Delivering and collecting vehicles from repair and maintenance locations, as well as transporting vehicles to designated sites.
Who Are We Looking For?
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a van (preferred).
- Availability to work irregular schedules, including weekends and national holidays.
- The physical capability to meet the demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to conduct thorough inspections.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability to start.
