About the Role We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Christchurch. In this role, you will lead a high-impact team that includes Contract Managers, Supervisors, and Cleaners. Your objective will be to deliver exceptional service across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, upholding safety standards, and driving continuous improvement within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily operations and ensuring timely, complaint-free service delivery. - Leading contract start-ups and resolving any operational challenges. - Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conducting regular site visits. - Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and managing labor costs effectively. - Monitoring quality standards and implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Supporting sales growth and building strong customer relationships. - Managing budgets, payroll, and reporting requirements. - Promoting our company values and fostering a strong team culture. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in operations or facilities management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of Health & Safety systems and compliance. - The ability to manage budgets and drive profitability. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. - A commitment to continuous improvement and quality delivery. - Experience in recruitment and performance management. - Knowledge in IT will be an advantage.
