We are currently seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. About the Role This role is not merely a stepping-stone; it is a fast-paced and high-accountability position that requires real estate knowledge (a license is preferred), strong initiative, and exceptional communication skills. You will be joining a well-structured business that values ownership and the ability to keep pace without missing a beat. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an experienced, competent, and composed individual who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs, and executes tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess: - A proven background in executive assistance or operational support, ideally with 2+ years of experience in real estate or a similar high-performance industry. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the confidence to liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office. - A creative and strategic approach to social media and marketing coordination. - A high attention to detail and a natural drive to ensure operations run seamlessly. - A self-starting mindset, demonstrating the ability to identify tasks and complete them proactively. The Role In this position, you will support day-to-day operations, which will include managing diaries, client communications, listing preparation, and team coordination. You will oversee marketing campaigns, branding, and personal profile content, acting as the right hand to two busy salespeople to keep them organized and one step ahead at all times. Your representation of the team should reflect professionalism and polish. Please note that flexibility is essential, as some after-hours work will be required, particularly around launches and campaigns. Why Join Us?
