About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time sales position in our new store located at Tauriko (Tauranga Crossing) within the Furniture department. This role is centered around providing excellent customer service and creating lasting relationships with our customers. You will receive comprehensive training focused on our furniture products, enabling you to effectively utilize your knowledge and capabilities while assisting customers.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Selling furniture products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the furniture department
- Assisting with operational tasks such as stock takes
- Working on a 7-day roster, which will include weekends and public holidays
About You
We are looking for a strong communicator who is motivated to put in the effort and enjoy the rewards. With an uncapped commission structure, you have the potential to significantly influence your earnings.
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Quick learner with an interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience with retail sales and POS systems is desirable
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
