About the Role As an Online Picker / Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for accurately picking and delivering online shopping orders in a timely manner. In this position, you will serve as a brand ambassador for our store, ensuring that every delivery reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities - Accurately pick and pack online orders. - Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers' homes or designated addresses. - Represent Brookfield New World with professionalism and a positive attitude. - Support the Online Team in achieving service and delivery targets. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A full, clean New Zealand driver's license. - Proven driving experience, preferably with perishable or grocery goods. - Excellent attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Physical fitness to lift and carry heavy items regularly. - Basic computer skills and confidence in using technology. - A customer-first attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Flexibility, honesty, punctuality, and reliability. Previous experience in food retail or fresh produce is an advantage, though not essential. Position Details - This is a full-time role (30 hours) that includes one weekend day. - Additional hours may be required based on business needs. - Pay and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
