About the Role We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time Sales Consultants who are eager to contribute to our success. In this role, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding service to our customers and meet sales targets. While experience in the jewelry industry is advantageous, we welcome candidates without prior experience as we provide comprehensive training in product knowledge and essential skills. Please note that the position requires flexibility in working hours, including late nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities - Communicate effectively with customers and contribute positively to our company culture and values. - Achieve personal sales targets by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, which will help the store meet its overall targets. - Support your team by demonstrating a proactive "can-do" attitude. - Maintain attention to detail and work diligently to maximize efficiency and time management. About You - You should have prior sales experience and possess the qualities of a true sales "superstar." - An energetic and enthusiastic personality is essential; we are looking for a genuine "people" person. - Professional presentation and strong communication skills are a must. - Familiarity with procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiries is important. - You should be enthusiastic about fostering morale, loyalty, and pride within the store. - Actively engage in promoting the store through effective merchandising, displays, and other promotional activities.
