About the Role We are currently seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our specialist team in Alexandra. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to provide support to clients in their own homes. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will assist our clients in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential through both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities will vary based on the care plan established for each client, and may include: - Meal preparation - Community outings and integration - Administering medication - Providing personal care such as showering and toileting - Managing bowel care (stage 3) - Manual handling and hoist transfers - Assisting with home management tasks Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help and support others, striving for excellence in all tasks. While previous healthcare or caregiving experience is desirable, it is not essential.
