About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Health Care Assistants for night shifts at our Castlewood and Ranui facilities in Alexandra. In this part-time, permanent role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the daily lives of older individuals. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care, meal support, and general care duties that contribute to their well-being and happiness.
The position requires working seven shifts over a fortnight, with each shift lasting eight hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The schedule is as follows:
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week Two: Wednesday and Thursday

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are empathetic, compassionate, and patient. Ideal applicants will thrive in a team setting, enjoy working with older adults, and possess physical fitness and strength. A sense of humor and enthusiasm are also valuable traits. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not essential as we offer comprehensive training for new team members.
