About the Role We are seeking a part-time Bakery/Bread Assistant to join our Bakery team. In this role, you will be part of the early morning bread shift, working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the bread Baker in all aspects of producing and preparing quality bread products for our renowned Bakery. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Supporting the bread Baker in the preparation and traying of bread products - Ensuring adherence to Food Safety requirements by maintaining clean equipment and surrounding areas - Providing outstanding service to our customers Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: - A genuine passion for the bakery industry - Excellent time management and strong communication skills - A focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail - Reliability and self-motivation - Physical fitness, as the role involves some heavy lifting - The ability to maintain cleanliness in compliance with Food Safety standards Days and Hours This position requires availability on: - Friday from 2:00 AM to 11:30 AM - Saturday from 2:00 AM to 11:30 AM Benefits Joining our team means becoming part of a welcoming community that values your contributions.
