About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in various roles, including Customer Champions, Cooks, and Shift Supervisors. As a Customer Champion, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, prepare and serve delicious KFC meals, and work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and tidy store. In the Cook role, you will be responsible for preparing our secret recipe chicken, ensuring it is breaded and cooked to perfection. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and manage our fresh chicken supplies. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team in delivering outstanding service throughout the shift, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. Requirements We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced team environment. While no prior experience is required, a willingness to learn and contribute to our team is essential. To be eligible for these positions, you must be at least 15 years old and legally permitted to work in New Zealand. Benefits When you join our team, you will start with a competitive hourly wage of $23.50. If you become Gold Star certified while working a Cook shift, your pay can increase to $24.74. As a Shift Supervisor, you can earn up to $29.63 per hour.
