    About the Company PhotoLife Studios is New Zealand's leading school photography company, specializing in school class and portrait photography, student ID cards, and sports club photography. We take pride in capturing memorable moments for students and schools, ensuring a high-quality experience for all. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a School Photographer to join our team and work throughout the wider Auckland region. In this position, you will visit a different school each day, where you will set up and photograph students individually, as well as class groups, sports teams, and music and cultural groups. While photography knowledge is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success. As a member of our photography team, you will represent PhotoLife in schools. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a successful photo day, which requires a personable approach to connect with students and staff alike. Experience working with children is highly regarded, as a good personality fit is essential for thriving in this environment. Requirements To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills: - Outstanding people skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds - A good sense of humor to navigate various situations effectively - Ability to maintain focus and work under pressure to meet critical deadlines - A good level of fitness, as this role involves physical activity and some lifting - An efficient and conscientious approach to work - High standards of grooming and effective time management skills - A sense of pride and attention to detail in all tasks This is a full-time salaried position, which may occasionally require weekend or evening work. Compensation for additional hours is provided in the form of time off during school holidays.
