    About the Company At WM New Zealand, we take pride in being the largest composter, the leading waste-to-energy provider, and the operator of the largest commercial electric fleet in New Zealand, all powered by electricity generated from waste. Our team is dedicated to finding innovative and effective methods to redirect, neutralize, and utilize waste in a sustainable manner. About the Role We are seeking motivated and physically fit individuals to join our Inorganic Collections team located in East Tamaki, Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for lifting and collecting unwanted items from households and transporting them back to our site for recycling, contributing positively to our communities. Requirements No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide on-the-job training. We do require our team members to be physically fit due to the nature of the work, which involves some lifting. Ideally, candidates should also hold a full driver’s license.
