As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. About the Role In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include a variety of hands-on tasks, such as routine maintenance, repairs, and occasional cleaning of our sheds. We want to ensure that all our portable buildings meet our stringent quality and functionality standards. Additionally, you will take the lead in managing our hire system within the Auckland yard. Location, Days, Hours & Rates This position is located in West Auckland. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The pay rate ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience. This is a temporary to permanent role. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: - Cleaning, which will take up approximately 70% of your time - Building and maintenance tasks for the remainder of the time - Performing cleaning duties such as sweeping and wiping walls, so you must be comfortable with this type of work - Remaining on your feet throughout the day, necessitating physical fitness for the role Successful Candidates Must To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Have reliable transportation - Hold a full Class 1 New Zealand driver's license - Provide two contactable work references - Pass a pre-employment drug test - Return a clean criminal background check If you are interested in joining our team as a Maintenance Worker, please apply online with your current CV.
