About the Company We are a dedicated cleaning company located in Auckland, specializing in comprehensive property cleaning services. About the Role We are currently seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This full-time position offers 30 to 40 hours of work per week, with a pay rate ranging from $29.66 to $30.00 per hour. Weekend availability is essential. As a Commercial Cleaner, your responsibilities will include: - Taking pride in your work by ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. - Emptying trash cans and cleaning windows, carpets, curtains, and furniture. - Coordinating with the Supervisor or Manager to maintain sufficient cleaning product supplies. - Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard, adhering to our cleaning and sanitation protocols. - Utilizing appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to promote safe and effective cleaning practices. - Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels. - Polishing, waxing, and re-waxing floors as necessary. - Promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. - Complying with site safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment. - Supporting the execution of the Master Sanitation Schedule, ensuring all cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed in a timely manner. - Applying protective coatings to paint and other surfaces as required. - Maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. - Collaborating with team members to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness across the facility. - Documenting and reporting sanitation activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. - Reporting any property damage that occurs during the cleaning process. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must have relevant experience in cleaning. - Availability for weekend work (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is mandatory. - Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and possess a positive attitude. - A reliable mode of transportation during working hours is required. - We will provide full and continuous training to all staff members. - A clean police record is essential.
