About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Harcourts Sumner team. This full-time position operates from our beautiful seaside office in Sumner, with some time spent at our Ferrymead office alongside another experienced administrator. If you are highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a dynamic role where each day presents new challenges, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will become the go-to person in the office, trusted to keep operations running smoothly. You will tackle a variety of tasks, ranging from larger projects to everyday office needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering general office inquiries and providing on-the-spot problem-solving
- Entering and updating listings in our internal CRM system
- Preparing and processing sales contracts
- Creating and coordinating marketing collateral
- Providing administrative support to Sales Consultants
- Managing the details that ensure seamless day-to-day office operations
While we will provide training in our systems, you should already possess proven administration experience, a proactive attitude, and exceptional tech skills. We are looking for someone who can quickly learn new systems and find innovative ways to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Excellent professional presentation
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
