About the Role
We are currently seeking a caring, committed, and energetic Caregiver to join our passionate team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. If you are motivated to inspire young minds and create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment, this position may be the perfect fit for you.
This is a permanent role requiring 30 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday, with a daily commitment of 6 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and education for tamariki aged under five.
- Foster curiosity and learning through meaningful, play-based experiences.
- Be a supportive team player, assisting with center routines and staff breaks.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a thriving learning environment.
- Help create a space where both children and educators can succeed and grow together.
What You'll Bring
- Experience working with children under five is preferred, although an Early Childhood Education qualification is not required.
- A natural warmth and empathy for young learners.
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for early childhood education.
