About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our key customers and the broader organization. Your responsibilities will include providing operational updates, resolving queries, and keeping customers informed, all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Building strong, professional relationships with key account customers and internal teams.
- Utilizing tools such as Salesforce to track, investigate, and resolve service issues.
- Identifying service trends and escalating recurring issues to promote continuous improvement.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to operational efficiency projects.
Requirements
To be successful as a Key Account Specialist, you will need to bring a strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be someone who remains calm under pressure and works well in a collaborative environment, earning the trust of both your team and our customers.
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience in logistics or transport is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Genesys Purecloud is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
