About the Role
We are excited to offer a position as a Caregiver - Cover Pool at Grace Joel Retirement Village in St Heliers. This part-time role requires working from Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM. As a Cover Pool caregiver, you will work across all shifts, so flexibility is essential, as you may be asked to cover days, afternoons, or nights.
In this role, you will:
- Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
- Follow individual care plans, providing care that meets the highest standards.
- Utilize our innovative technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
About You

While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We welcome applicants who are passionate and eager to learn.
