About the Role We are seeking honest, reliable, and hardworking Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting clients to maintain their independence in their homes. Each day will bring new challenges and experiences, ensuring that no two days are the same. As a Support Worker, your responsibilities may include: - Household Management: Assisting with housework and maintaining a clean living environment - Personal Care: Providing support with toileting, showering, and other personal hygiene needs - Community Integration: Helping clients engage with their community - Meal Preparation: Assisting with planning and preparing meals - Shopping: Supporting clients with their grocery and shopping needs Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria: - Reliable transport and a minimum restricted driver's license - New Zealand residency or a valid work visa - Ability to pass a clean Police Clearance Check - Strong ability to follow instructions and work independently - Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills - Relevant experience and qualifications will be highly regarded Benefits We offer flexible part-time positions ranging from 15 to 35 hours per week, with mutually agreeable working arrangements based on your preferred days and times.
