About the Role We are excited to offer a part-time Caregiver position at Jane Mander Retirement Village in Whangārei. This role involves working a variety of hours and days within our cover pool team. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow each resident's individual care plan, providing care that you would be proud to give your own loved ones. Additionally, you will utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman. Collaboration is key in this role, and you will work closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment. About You To succeed in our caring and supportive environment, we are looking for individuals who embody kindness, empathy, and outstanding communication skills. A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a requirement.
