About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Administration Coordinator to join our Elective Booking Team on a part-time, fixed-term basis, working 40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE). In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
About the Team/Service/Location
Our team is responsible for coordinating outpatient and surgical bookings. To succeed in this role, you must be an effective communicator with strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills. The ability to thrive under pressure is also crucial.

About You

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a general aptitude for learning new software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Capability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, allowing you to prioritize your workload while also contributing as a team member.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
