We are a dynamic organization based in Havelock North, actively engaged in various projects throughout the Hawkes Bay Area. Our team is committed to delivering excellence, and we are currently seeking a talented Project Administrator to join us in supporting our Project Manager.
About the Role
In this role, you will assist with systems implementation and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. We are offering a flexible work schedule ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week, which can be tailored to accommodate an experienced administrator who may require child-friendly hours.
You will be expected to work in the office during core hours, between 9:00 or 10:00 AM and 2:30 or 3:00 PM, although some tasks can also be completed remotely. As our company expands, there may be opportunities for increased hours.
Requirements
We are looking for an organized and experienced administrator who excels at meeting deadlines and possesses a keen attention to detail. Proficiency with technology is essential, and we value candidates who are eager to engage in marketing activities for the company.
