About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team, where you will engage, coordinate, and manage trades during the building and construction process for properties affected by insurable events. Your role will involve communicating and negotiating with trades to monitor job progress and liaising between insured parties and insurance companies to ensure smooth operations.
You will coordinate access to properties, resolve disputes or issues as they arise, and ensure all work complies with legislative and contractual OHS requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with Estimators and On-Site Supervisors, assist in organizing contracts, processing quotes, and updating variations, as well as supporting the administration team when needed.

Key selection criteria include:
- A building trade or construction qualification, or relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships effectively
- High proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Integrity and a positive can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
