About the Role
We are currently seeking to expand our high-performing Customer Services team based in Grenada North. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing outstanding service and support during the order and delivery process.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, processing orders, responding to emails, and primarily communicating with customers over the phone and email regarding the status of their deliveries. Additionally, you will assist with various sales support tasks, making this a diverse and engaging position.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is confident and experienced in customer interaction, with the ability to build strong and positive relationships. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be working with a wide range of individuals.
Experience in customer service is crucial, and we also value problem-solving abilities. Being computer-savvy and adaptable to various operating systems and software is important for this role. While experience in the manufacturing or building industry is a bonus, it is not a requirement.
What matters most is that you have an outgoing personality, a good sense of humor, and a strong customer focus. Your ability to connect with people, combined with a positive attitude, will make you an invaluable part of our team.
