About the Role As the Bakery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our "scratch bakery." You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the bakery to ensure that we meet our agreed budgets and targets. Your leadership will be essential in developing a successful team that consistently delivers high standards of presentation and housekeeping. We are looking for someone with a strong track record in staff development, excellent HR practices, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You should be an outstanding team player with a passion for motivating others and driving performance. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must, along with honesty and a strong work ethic. Requirements - Fully qualified Baker with experience as a Bakery Manager or Second-in-Charge (2IC) - Some knowledge of SAP is advantageous - Proven ability to lead a team and achieve performance targets - Experience in developing staff and promoting a positive work environment - Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation Benefits We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and potential.
