We are committed to excellence in service and sustainability while fostering a positive work environment for our team. About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meat for sale by performing a variety of tasks that include removing bones, trimming fat, and cutting, mincing, and grinding meat to ensure it is presented attractively with minimal waste. You will also be involved in selecting and preparing meat for small goods, operating machinery to grind, mix, mince, and tenderize meat. Key responsibilities include ensuring that our meat cases and freezers are well-stocked and that merchandising standards are upheld. Additionally, you will provide customers with advice on the suitability and use of different cuts of meat. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have at least three years of relevant work experience in a butcher shop or similar environment.
