About the Company Our client is a leading tier 1 civil contractor dedicated to delivering significant infrastructure upgrades at Auckland Airport. About the Role We are looking for experienced concrete workers to join a major renewals project at Auckland Airport, starting in January 2026. In this long-term position, you will be responsible for placing and finishing concrete for large-scale structures. You will work alongside skilled crews in a fast-paced environment, benefiting from steady hours and competitive pay rates ranging from $24 to $32 per hour. Benefits We offer weekly pay along with an additional 8% holiday pay. This role features competitive rates and a long-term commitment of three years. You will be part of a team that prioritizes safety and provides strong support for all crew members. Duties In this role, you will: - Place and finish concrete according to specifications - Operate hand tools and power tools safely - Assist with formwork and site preparation as needed - Maintain quality and safety standards on site - Perform general site duties and other tasks to ensure smooth operations Skills & Experience Required To be successful in this position, you should have: - Proven experience in concrete placement and finishing - Knowledge of civil construction processes - Physical fitness and a strong safety awareness - Reliable transportation and effective communication skills - The ability to pass drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Ministry of Justice check We invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
