About the Role
We are currently seeking a certificated Kaiako to join our team in the 3-5 year old room, as one of our valued team members transitions towards retirement. This permanent role offers a work-life balance, with 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday. It is an excellent opportunity for newly certificated Kaiako or those looking to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will have the chance to implement your initiatives and ideas, contributing to the development of our curious and fun-loving preschoolers. Our large, purpose-built center features specific rooms tailored to different age groups and educational needs, with spacious open-plan areas and outdoor play spaces to encourage adventure and exploration.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- ECE qualified with current Full or Provisional Teaching Registration
- A passion for education and a commitment to delivering the best outcomes for Tamariki
- An understanding of what quality education and childcare entails, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our whanau
