We are dedicated to helping each child discover and celebrate their unique potential, and we are currently seeking an additional member to join our passionate team. About the Role We are looking for an experienced non-certificated Kaiako to join our busy toddler room. This position is for 24 hours per week, with workdays scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The role will involve eight-hour shifts, which may include opening or closing responsibilities. At Active Explorers, we maintain excellent child-staff ratios, ensuring that our team consists of a high percentage of qualified educators who are truly passionate about their work. Our strong relationships with our whanau contribute significantly to the learning and development of the children in our care. Requirements We are seeking a non-certificated Kaiako with experience in early childhood education, particularly with toddlers. Your teaching approach should be positive and nurturing, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse learners. A gentle, patient, and empathetic demeanor is essential in fostering a supportive learning environment for our children.
