About the Role
As part of our Customer Support team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and provide sales and marketing support across various communication channels. You will address customer inquiries related to ResMed products and services, manage warranty and order processing, and assist with data entry and complaint resolution. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities arising from customer interactions and provide first-line technical and clinical support, escalating issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, both before and after sales, through telephone, email, chat, and social media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include handling customer orders for medical supplies and equipment, maintaining client account records, tracking deadlines, and managing tasks using web-based tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service and sales goals while fostering positive customer relationships that significantly impact our service and product revenue. Furthermore, you will document technical and customer-reported issues in our ticketing system, providing insights and metrics to the management team as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.
- You should have a broad knowledge of routines and procedures to effectively handle day-to-day situations and will typically require instructions only for new assignments.
- Experience in clerical, administrative, or specialized support tasks in both office and field settings is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include vocational training or equivalent experience in specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work.
