Our culture is built on integrity, humor, and genuine collaboration, and we strive to walk alongside the youth we serve—referred to as rangatahi—in a way that truly makes a difference.
About the Role
As a Youth Support Worker with us, you will not just fill a position; you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services. We offer a supportive environment where your well-being is a priority, and your ideas can influence our practices. We believe in empowering you to lead your own day while maintaining strong boundaries and receiving deep support from your colleagues. Our team engages in meaningful debriefing and reflection, fostering a culture of growth together.
We distinguish ourselves from other organizations by being authentic, honest, and committed to our mission. We are selective in our hiring process, ensuring that we bring on individuals who align with our values and understand the importance of routine and effective youth support.

- Possess cultural competency, particularly in honoring Māori and Pasifika rangatahi.
- Can maintain boundaries while creating a safe space for youth.
- Value their voice and seek to make an impact in the workplace.

To join our team, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- A full driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (with current Warrant of Fitness and registration).
- A Level 3 or higher qualification in youth work or health.
- The legal right to work in Aotearoa.
- Availability for 24-hour shifts, ideally committing to one or two shifts per weekend and one weekend shift every second weekend.
