We are currently seeking skilled Drainage Labourers to contribute to our ongoing success. About the Role As a Drainage Labourer, you will play a vital role in our projects focused on stormwater and wastewater systems. Your responsibilities will include installing drainage systems, performing CIPP lining, and repairing damaged pipes. We also conduct confined space work, for which training will be provided if necessary. Experience with CCTV inspections is an added advantage. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes: - Experience in civil, drainage, or underground services - Ability to handle physical work and navigate confined spaces - Reliability and a strong focus on safety - A team-oriented mindset - A Class 1 licence; additional qualifications such as WTR or a Confined Space ticket will be considered a bonus Benefits In return for your hard work and expertise, we offer several benefits: - Competitive hourly wage ranging from $30 to $35, depending on experience - Opportunities for highly experienced candidates to earn up to $40 per hour - Weekly pay, consistent hours, and an additional 8% holiday pay - Long-term employment with growth opportunities within the company - Supportive crews and a strong site culture - Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided We are committed to supporting you throughout your work with us, ensuring you are placed on sites that match your skills.
