About the Role We are looking for experienced Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS) Machine Operators to join our team. As a VFFS Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging machines. This position requires direct work experience with packing machinery, specifically VFFS and Pillow Pack Machines. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications: Requirements - Direct work experience with Vertical Form Fill & Seal machines or similar packing machinery - Reliable transportation to and from work - An updated CV highlighting your packing machine operator experience and references - A clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test - Excellent communication skills - Flexibility with shift patterns, including mandatory morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as rostered weekends Benefits In return for your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive weekly pay rate based on experience, along with holiday pay.
