About the Role
As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand growth across our retail, digital, and eCommerce platforms. You will oversee the end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring our brand maintains a strong and impactful presence in the market.
In this role, you will lead a small, experienced team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance brand growth, customer engagement, and market positioning. We are seeking a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, adept at balancing high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy that encompasses television commercials, digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and in-store promotions.
You will also lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, driving digital and social media growth while maintaining a strong traditional marketing presence. Effective management of marketing budgets will be essential, ensuring that all campaigns are data-driven and results-focused.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work alongside senior leadership, as well as teams in buying, retail, and eCommerce, to align marketing efforts effectively. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize our marketing strategies continuously.
About You
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in brand or marketing management within retail, FMCG, or a related industry. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing and mentoring your team.
A strategic and analytical mindset is crucial, allowing you to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. Experience in multi-channel marketing, including TV, digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions, is necessary.
You should possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership while navigating feedback and collaborating within established brand guidelines. A passion for retail and brand storytelling, along with a keen eye for consumer trends and engagement strategies, will set you apart.
