About the Role We are excited to announce that applications are now open for our 2026 Graduate Intake, which will commence in February. Our two-year Technical Graduate Programme is crafted to accelerate your career by providing real-world experience across various sectors of our business, including Research and Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations. What sets our programme apart is the structured development journey it offers, featuring cross-functional experiences with multiple rotations. Each participant will benefit from having a senior mentor and sponsor to guide their career, as well as the opportunity to work on real projects that make a tangible impact. Graduates will also gain exposure to our global network through the Wilmar Group and will secure a permanent position within the business at the conclusion of the programme. Requirements We are seeking graduates who meet the following criteria: - Currently in their final year of study or have graduated from university within the last two years - Passionate about pursuing a career in one or more of our core business areas - Naturally curious, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and solve problems - Big-picture thinkers who are willing to challenge the status quo - Resilient, collaborative, and eager to make a meaningful impact Ready to Get Started?
