About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing stock strategies to ensure a seamless flow of products across both wholesale and retail channels. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to drive sales, enhance forecasting, and improve inventory efficiencies. Your ability to build strong relationships with our global brand partners will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately load, allocate, and action all seasonal orders and replenishment stock for key wholesale accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align stock strategies aimed at optimizing inventory levels and driving sales.
- Manage all EDI seasonal orders for wholesale accounts, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine allocation and forecasting processes to enhance efficiencies across wholesale and retail operations.
- Work alongside planning, buying, and sales teams to ensure seamless stock flow and improve overall business performance.
About You
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale or retail merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
- An ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset.
