    About the Company We are a leading provider of high-quality fuel and convenience services, operating Mobil Petrol Stations throughout Auckland. Our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining an efficient and profitable operation is at the core of our business values. We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team in an entry-level retail management role. About the Role In this permanent position, you will work a minimum of 32 hours per week and play a vital role in the daily operations of our busy petrol stations. As an aspiring leader, you will have the opportunity to assist the store manager in various aspects of running the business, contributing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our service and profitability. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the manager in planning site operations and developing strategies to run the business effectively and profitably. - Coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store. - Supporting the manager in increasing store sales and profitability through the introduction of new products, competitive pricing, and effective expenditure control. - Supervising site operations to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of one year of work experience in a retail or customer service environment, or a Level 2 or 3 qualification or higher. - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. - Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy retail environment. - Ability to thrive under pressure while working as part of a dynamic team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both customers and colleagues.
