About the Company We are partnering with a leading distribution center that has been serving internal customers in New Zealand for over 55 years. Our client specializes in heavy and light truck and trailer parts and is recognized as a trusted supplier to the New Zealand Road Transport industry. About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Pick Packer. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in inwards goods, and experience operating a Reach Truck is essential. In this role, you will perform general warehouse duties as a Pick Packer and Reach Truck Operator, which may include occasional heavy lifting. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Proven experience managing inwards goods, or a strong willingness to learn - Over one year of Reach Truck experience, along with a current OSH certificate - An F endorsement is a plus - Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20 kg - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - A Ministry of Justice check will also be part of the hiring process Please note that only candidates based in Christchurch with a valid New Zealand work visa will be considered for this position. Benefits We offer a competitive pay rate of $26 to $27 per hour, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday pay. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday for 45 hours per week, and there is a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate.
