About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to play a crucial role in our operations. In this role, your responsibilities will include coordinating the daily dispatch of parts and finished goods, preparing all necessary freight paperwork, labels, and documentation, and assigning routes while supporting drivers to ensure timely deliveries. You will also maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse, collaborating closely with our factory team to ensure that production and delivery timelines are met. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience in dispatch or warehouse operations, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in using dispatch, ERP, or inventory systems is essential, along with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively. A current Forklift OSH certification with an F endorsement is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are also vital for success in this role. Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $30 to $35, depending on your experience. This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday, and we pride ourselves on fostering a great team culture.
