About the Role We are looking for a Licensed Duty Manager to join our team on a short-term basis, with the potential for a long-term position for the right candidate. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our venue runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and maintaining a high standard of guest experience. You will supervise staff, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will handle any incidents or issues that may arise in a swift and professional manner. Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies will also be part of your responsibilities. Requirements To be successful in this position, you will need a valid Licensed Duty Manager qualification and experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be able to remain calm under pressure while effectively managing a team. Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are also necessary.
