About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and positive Shift Manager to join our team at the Wellington Airport. In this role, you will not only prepare and serve our famous Subway sandwiches but also greet guests and ensure they receive outstanding service. Your leadership will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to return. As a Shift Manager, you will lead a team during your shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless operation. This includes coaching team members, managing daily activities, and addressing guest feedback. While previous experience with Subway is not required, we prefer candidates with some leadership or supervisory experience. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.
