About the Role We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for full-time warehouse positions located in Mount Wellington. In this role, you will operate a Jiffy and engage in voice-picking of products with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work various shifts, including day, afternoon, and night, all within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Meeting key performance indicators across pick rates, accuracy, and productivity will be essential to your success. Requirements To be a successful candidate, you should possess prior warehouse experience, with voice-picking skills being a significant advantage. Familiarity with RF scanners or SAP is a bonus. Strong physical fitness is necessary, as you will be required to lift items weighing between 20-25 kg comfortably. Additionally, we value reliability, punctuality, and a flexible work ethic. To be considered for this role, you must have your own transport and be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, as well as a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check. Benefits We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $24 to $25, along with weekly pay. Full personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to ensure your safety while working.
