Our focus is on providing exceptional packaging and warehousing solutions to meet our clients' needs. About the Role We are currently seeking a Storeman to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to take on various responsibilities, including: - Picking and packing goods and materials - Utilizing RF scanning for inventory management - Completing necessary paperwork and performing ad hoc duties - Loading and unloading trucks as well as devanning containers - Operating counter-balance and reach forklifts - Maintaining the yard and warehouse in an organized manner Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills: - Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities - A valid forklift certificate or license, specifically for reach and counter-balance - New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency - Previous experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in maintaining cleanliness - Physical fitness, with the ability to be on your feet throughout the day - Capability to pass a drug and alcohol test and maintain a clean background check (Ministry of Justice) Benefits In return for your hard work, we offer: - Competitive pay and benefits - Ongoing work with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position - An immediate start for the right candidate What You Need to Do Now If you are interested in this opportunity, please click 'apply now' to submit an up-to-date copy of your CV.
