About the Role We are currently seeking two dependable Warehouse Operators to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our 3PL warehouse, supporting contract bottling and canning activities for prominent FMCG brands and temperature-sensitive goods. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within a dynamic warehousing environment. This will involve: - Picking, packing, and dispatching orders for both FMCG and online products - Safely moving stock using pallet jacks and trolleys - Assisting with inventory accuracy and stocktaking - Upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Complying with health and safety as well as food safety regulations - Communicating effectively with your team and external partners - Supporting warehouse housekeeping and general operations Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates should demonstrate: - Experience in order picking, preferably with scanning or paper-based systems - Prior exposure to warehouse or FMCG environments - Physical capability for manual handling and standing for extended periods - A New Zealand Certificate in Distribution (Level 3) or equivalent experience is preferred - A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality - A health and safety-conscious mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude - Willingness to undergo Criminal History checks as part of the employment process Benefits In return, we offer: - An exciting work environment - An hourly rate of $24.50 - A 40-hour workweek, with additional hours available during busy periods - Free on-site parking - The opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team - Opportunities for career advancement and development We anticipate a start date of July 28th.
