About the Role
In this role, you will work on-site, engaging in a variety of physical, hands-on tasks that make each day unique. Your responsibilities will include freight sorting, factory work, construction support, and traffic management. You will lead traffic management operations on various urban and rural infrastructure projects, making real-time decisions to ensure the safety of your crew and the public.
You will receive comprehensive induction training and personal protective equipment, with experienced supervisors to guide you throughout your journey. This fast-paced role requires you to think on your feet and take initiative under pressure.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Possession of a restricted or full Class 1 License and access to personal transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
