About the Role
In this position, you will engage in a variety of physical, hands-on tasks on-site, supporting clients with freight sorting, factory work, construction support, and traffic management. Each day brings new challenges, allowing you to develop your skills while working in a fast-paced atmosphere.
You will play a crucial role in managing traffic operations across urban and rural infrastructure projects. This includes making real-time decisions to ensure the safety of your team and the public. Comprehensive induction training and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, with experienced supervisors available to guide you throughout your journey with us.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
- Reliable, punctual, and prepared to work
- Strong communicators with a collaborative attitude
- In possession of a Restricted or Full Class 1 Licence and have access to personal transportation
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
