About the Role
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Henderson. In this role, you will be responsible for various customer service tasks, including:
- Processing customer orders and data entry
- Resolving technical queries from customers
- Providing quotations to clients
- Greeting and welcoming visitors at our reception area
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient computer skills, with a capacity to quickly learn new programs
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent multitasking, planning, and prioritization skills
- A proven track record of attention to detail and accuracy
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to providing outstanding customer service
- Basic knowledge of vehicle technical aspects
- Confidence in customer sales and service delivery
- A current Full or Restricted driver's licence; a manual licence is an advantage
