About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive and friendly Internal Customer Services Star to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need with a positive, can-do attitude. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries with speed and accuracy through phone, email, or other communication channels. - Preparing quotes to provide customers with the right pricing and assisting them in making informed decisions. - Processing orders meticulously to ensure every detail is accurate. - Following up on deliveries to ensure timely arrivals. - Collaborating with our sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. About You We are looking for someone who possesses: - Experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in a technical, business-to-business environment. - Clear and confident communication skills, as you will represent ICS to our customers. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management systems. - A positive, solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on. Knowledge of cables, conduit, or the electrical industry would be an added advantage.
